| | | | The Best Time to Take Green Vibrance | |
Article By Mark Timon, M.S. Clinical Nutrition 08 February 2010 | | Filed under:
bioavailability, general health, green foods, pH | | | Some of you have been asking when the best time to take Green Vibrance is. There is a place and time for everything, including an ideal time for probiotics to be ingested. Probiotics are best taken about half an hour after a meal when your stomach pH is at its highest, meaning more alkaline. They can survive in a stomach pH of about 4.o and above which is generally the pH level reached after a meal is eaten. At this time, your stomach acid is diluted by the food mass, creating an ideal environment for the probiotics to work.
